Stone – Slate

Basic cleaning: emsal Basic Cleaner can be diluted in water and used for stubborn dirt, e.g. after renovation work.

Initial treatment: because slate "sweats", the treatment of bituminous shale with self-gloss emulsions like emsal Perfect Shine or Glänzer cannot be recommended since these cannot adhere to its surface.

Everyday cleaning and care: emsal Stone & Tiles (2 caps) can be diluted in the cleaning water for everyday cleaning, depending on the degree of soiling, use emsal Maintenance + Cleaning (2 caps) between times for light cleaning. Wipe over as usual with a well-wrung cloth.
